Powered by the research and innovation of Nokia Bell Labs, Nokia serves communications service providers, governments, large enterprises and consumers, with the industry’s most complete, end-to-end portfolio of products, services and licensing. From the enabling infrastructure for 5G and the Internet of Things, to emerging applications in virtual reality and digital health, they are shaping the future of technology to transform the human experience. A truly global company, they are 160 nationalities working in more than 100 countries.

Are you a self-innovating & self-initiating learner? Do you find yourself culturally fluent, emotionally intelligent and digitally literate?

Nokia is now seeking to build a team of five internal specialists that can move the needle for people, financial processes, systems and data with scale. In this role you will take on the mission to digitalize and automate Nokia’s financial processes, processes that impact decision making and support management. Based on your skills and interests, you can focus on a number of things, for example on analytics, automation and robotics or machine learning.

What is Nokia looking for?

We are looking for people with a commited mindset, so ideally you are a recent graduate or a soon-to-be graduate in engineering / technology / mathematics or business admin. You know your way around the technology to connect the finance world and perhaps have some prior experience in it. Nokia uses a wide range of software and technology solutions, such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Blue Prism, but we are not looking for skills in any specific one (apart from Excel). Rather tell us what you know and let’s see how we can work with that!

We place a strong emphasis on your attitude. We hope you have initiative, an inquisitive mind and recognize yourself from a quick, yet humble approach to learning on the job through relentless execution. Agile rings a bell and working in a team with great colleagues fires you up in the morning. You are fluent in English and willing to travel, as your project will have global coverage, for example in Budapest, Beijing or Bangalore.

What is Nokia offering?

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh mind to disrupt established patterns with scale, to make a significant impact and to create something new. You will get to work with the latest technologies and witness your achievements realized into actual solutions. On top of that, you will receive a competitive salary and a motivating incentive programme. The truly international atmosphere allows you to work with a diverse group of people who all work towards the same goals. Should you be looking for a thesis opportunity, Nokia is prepared to provide that too!

Nokia is offering you a chance for an immense learning experience and they are ready to invest in you. Help them to break tradition. Join them to disrupt the established patterns. Together you will prevent the failure of imagination.
